Chief Kicking Bull of the Poarch Band of Creek Indians

Upon hearing the name Flynn, one might automatically assume that Blaine’s family is of Irish descent. That’s accurate, but it’s only half of the story. On their mother’s side, the Flynn brothers (Blaine, Taylor, Kyle, and Jake) are first generation of the Poarch Band of Creek Indians, and have the unique distinction of being “on the roll”. Their heritage is one that they celebrate and are proud to be a part of. Not only that, the Poarch Creek Indians have the honor of being the only federally recognized Native American Tribe in the state of Alabama. Blaine’s grandparents held important roles in the tribe, as Chief Kicking Bull and Hiawatha.

As the founder of Flynn Built, Blaine’s heritage is something he holds close to his heart. "This is just one of many reasons for our continued dedication to making the Gulf Coast one of the most incredible places to live! We are a part of this community; we live here and raise our families here, just like you do. This is our home."
